More and more I’m having conversations with women who are struggling with the impacts of perimenopause and menopause.
Although I feel like there are more conversations starting to happen around this life stage, the message I’m getting is that there is simply not enough support available, especially for the mental and emotional impacts.
Common symptoms of perimenopause and menopause are increased anxiety and depression, and it is so easy to fall into the rabbit hole where these, along with other symptoms can feel like they’re running your life.
From my experience of working with so many women at this time in their lives, as well as my own personal experience of being in perimenopause, I know it’s possible to make this time easier for you and working with (rather than against) yourself is key.
If this resonates with you, join me for a FREE workshop on how to start to take back control of your experience in life and find more happiness and freedom despite going through perimenopause and menopause.
If you know of someone else that could find this helpful, please send this email onto them. I promise you they’ll thank you for it.
