The ‘Right’ way to do life

Recently I saw a post someone had shared that talked about the ‘right’ way to do life.

Literally every person I work with is struggling with the notion that they’re not doing some or all of life ‘right’.

It’s the belief that there is a right, and therefore a wrong way that creates so much suffering for ourselves.

We want to fit in and we want people to like us, so we try to live how we think people would want us to.

Please stop!

I want to reassure you that there is no ‘right’ way to do life. In fact trying to do life the ‘right’ way is actually making us do everything that isn’t right for us.

So much more happiness & freedom is available in your life when you start to live a life that feels right for you, in that moment.

Looking inwards is where all the answers are. None of them are outside of you. But we have to stop and look for those answers.

In Bronnie Ware’s book ‘The Top 5 Regrets of the Dying’, the number 1 regret is not living a life that is true for me.

If any of this is resonating with you, don’t let yourself be the one full of regrets, let this email be the thing that finally jolted you out of that way of living. If you know you want life to be different, if you know you want to find more happiness & freedom in your life, click here and book a free chat with me (there’s zero obligation to work with me afterwards).

I look forward to chatting with you.
