I love anxiety!

You may have read the title of this blog and think I’ve gone a bit loopy, I promise I haven’t! Let me explain what I mean….

I was laying in bed the other night, feeling excited at the thought of getting back into work after our holiday and realised just how different that feeling is to how I used to feel going back to work after a holiday.

And the reason it’s all changed is because of anxiety, or should I say the fact that previously the anxiety I was experiencing got so bad that it made me reach out for help and then everything changed.

You’ll have probably heard me say this before…all our emotions are trying give us a message, they’re trying to help us. Anxiety’s message is normally ‘DANGER! You’re not safe’ and it was certainly telling me that (even though I was safe), but what I realised more recently was it was also telling me something had to change, that life was meant to be so much more than this.

Anxiety didn’t give up when I didn’t listen, it kept coming back more and every time getting more intense. It loved me that much that it wasn’t going to back down until I took action. I love it for that. Thanks to anxiety’s persistence, I got the support I needed, I made the changes, did the work and my life is now so different.

My life is now full of happiness & freedom and I have anxiety to thank for that.

I believe that all of our emotions are love in disguise, because they all want to help us. They can’t do that unless we’re willing to go towards them, listen to them and work with them.

If anxiety is showing up a lot for you, it’s trying to help you. Are you listening?

I did a workshop on how to be ok with all of your emotions, you can view it here if you’d like to watch it.

And if you’re wanting to create way more happiness & freedom in your life, if you’re ready to work with your emotions and would like some support, come join me in The Sisterhood. We start in 2 weeks time and during this programme you are going to learn everything you need to work with your emotions and to create a life full of happiness & freedom.

You can find more information here and listen to what previous participants of the programme thought of it here.

I can’t wait to start and support you each step of the way. See you in there!
