The world has moved on from glorifying hustle culture and burnout, so workplace culture and wellbeing has to look different too. 

As a leader, it’s no longer optional to neglect wellbeing or leave emotions at home. We need to acknowledge that feelings are what make us human, and are a core aspect of the creativity that fuels innovation. It’s the exclusion of emotion that holds workplaces back. 

The idea of a ‘work self’ is outdated. It’s time to lead with your whole self.
