About the event
Most of us are living in our heads, totally disconnected from our bodies. This leads to anxiety, overthinking, excessive worrying, fear, stress and so much more. All of that does not feel safe and so then we end up engaging in behaviours to avoid having to feel those feelings. Distracting ourselves, numbing ourselves, overeating, drinking too much, people pleasing, controlling and the list could go on. The first step to changing all of that is to start to reconnect to our bodies, to get comfortable feeling and engaging with ALL of our emotions. That is exactly what we’ll be doing in this workshop. Learning how to reconnect to our body and starting to feel our emotions in our body.
This practice changed everything for me and my clients telling me that all the time too.
Come join me and take that first step to finding more happiness and freedom in your life.
Please note: we will not be jumping into any traumatic feelings or trauma. This will be a very gentle introduction to this process.
