A 4-week guided experience to help you understand and work with your emotions — instead of against them. Each week you’ll reconnect to yourself, learning to: • Recognise and name what you’re feeling • Work with emotions rather than avoid them • Listen for the messages they carry • Cultivate curiosity over judgment • Feel positive emotions more fully and freely You don’t need to fix yourself.
